Helmed by Chef David Welch, the kitchen’s All-American cuisine is inspired by craft preparations. Welch’s style is influenced heavily by local ingredients and incorporates the cultural diversity present in South Florida. FIX will be responsible for all of the hotels food and beverage operations. FIX will also offer late night fare with a full bar featuring an ever-changing selection of craft beers and freshly-muddled cocktails.
