No Better Place to Perform Mask Off Than Here in South Florida.
– review of the show at the Coral Sky Amphitheater (West Palm Beach).
Future and the Nobody Safe Tour proved to be a night to forever remember! The night kicked off perfectly with Future’s artist Zoey Dollaz. He has been with the Free Bandz Committee for a while now, earning his rank in the music industry. Not one to disappoint, he had to give the fans one of the best nights of their life, especially during Blow A Check –the song that actually brought him to fame today and got him recognized by Future. In addition to that, with his super hype character, he performed the latest track that was done with Future, Koly P & himself called Yayaya. The fans energy was truly remarkable and it was just the beginning of the show. Lighting was just wonderful too, giving you the best lighting for fans to take some great photos.
Next was WizKid, the African Sensation who was a part of Drakes on One Dance (2016). He climbed his way up the music industry ladder with other great hits like Come Closer also featuring Drake, followed by African Bad Gyal. Since he hails from Nigeria, he brought the dance moves with him. Still, that wasn’t the only thing he brought along with him, the Nigerian artist brought out Wale (from Maybach Music Group) as his special guest to perform Clappers. All the women there went crazy–leaving many of them speechless. They both even came out to the crowd and danced with the fans – now is that a great artist or what?!
However, yet another “OMG”?!!! moment happened soon thereafter. I have never seen an audience go as crazy I saw when Ty Dolla $ign came on stage. Man! he was respectfully welcomed in applauses, sincere outburst like “I Love You” by many individual concertgoers. Thank goodness, he had a shirt that displayed “Thank You” all over it, because it seemed needed with all the shout-outs. He performed Or Nah (2014), which was a huge hit off his Beach House EP. Next was another banger, Blasé, but the one that swept the fans off their feet was the newest track, Love You Better. In just a short, about a week ago, its video has been climbing significantly up the charts. Simply put, Ty Dolla $ign our hats go off to you, kudos!
“Is it really time, OMG is that really him?” those were words from a fan that was supercharged and fell out in tears for the most anticipated artist of the night – Future aka Future Hndrxx. Can I say something??? I don’t know if the venue gave the concertgoers free energy drinks on the way in, because the venue’s grounds started to rumble – the energy was THROUGH THE ROOF! This was the best tour I’ve witness this year. Future smashed the stage with one of his biggest hits Super Trapper. The lighting was tremendous, with a system failure computer screen display transitioning him to the next hot song this summer off his HNDRXX album, Draco.
All throughout the show, Future seemed to feed off the crowd’s energy as he bounced across each end of the stage kind of like the energizer bunny. That energy was on overdrive during the fan-favorite Mask Off. I really can’t figure out how he finds the energy to rock the crowd like that, but he gave his fans a performance out of this world. What made the night even more extravagant was the fact he brought out Florida’s very own Kodak Black. But, if’s that’s not a surprise to go home even happier than before, I don’t know what is. I now see why the tour was called No One Safe, because with an adrenaline-filled display like that nobody could escape the firestorm. Around of applause to Future for bringing his tour to West Palm Beach, Florida, a night to go down in history. Best Night Ever!
