Day 6: South Florida Fair to feature BOGO & Bike Nite ParadeThe South Florida Fair continues with day 6 tomorrow. Among the features — “Goodwill BOGO Days.” Guests can buy one regular price adult gate admission and the second person will get in free with a coupon that’s available at any Goodwill store and on the fair’s website, www.southfloridafair.
The evening will culminate with the fair’s signature Bike Nite parade, which typically attracts more than 250 motorcyclists. Admission for those who arrive on motorcycles and participate in the parade will be charged just $5 admission. Passengers also may be admitted for $5.
The parade is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a concert by Atlanta Rhythm Section. Formed from the cream of Atlanta’s studio musicians, the group came together in 1970 after working on a Roy Orbison recording session. After an extended break, the band got back together in the mid ’90s with three returning members and re-recorded some of their best-known songs
